RADISH

Radish microgreens are tiny radish plants, harvested when they are just a couple of inches tall. Part of the Brassica family, they taste like a milder version of regular radishes – but because they are picked so early they are simply brimming with nutrients.  These tiny greens are a fantastic addition to any diet.
